1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:
- The item is defective
- The item is damaged upon arrival
- The incorrect item was delivered
Items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With original packaging and tags attached
2. REVERSE PICKUP FEE
For approved returns, we offer reverse pickup within the UAE.
A flat fee of AED 20 will be charged for reverse pickup and deducted from the total refund amount.
3. CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
Due to hygiene and brand protection reasons (caps, wearable accessories, etc.), we do not generally accept returns for change of mind.
Exceptions may be approved at our discretion if:
- Requested within 7 days
- Item is unused and unopened
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:
- Worn or used items
- Items without original tags
- Gift cards
- Final sale or promotional items
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will receive confirmation via email
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund processing may take 7–14 business days depending on your bank
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. CANCELLATION BEFORE DISPATCH
Orders may be cancelled free of charge before dispatch.
Once shipped, the standard return process applies.
