SHIPPING CARRIERS:

Orders within the UAE and GCC are fulfilled through IQ Fulfillment, who manages the shipment using selected logistics partners depending on the service required. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from IQ Fulfillment containing your tracking information. Please note that duties and taxes may apply and are payable by the recipient upon delivery. The courier will contact you directly after your order has been placed to arrange settlement of any applicable duties and taxes.

 

1. SHIPPING COVERAGE

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

All orders are fulfilled from our UAE warehouse.

 

2. ORDER PROCESSING

• Orders placed before 1:00 PM UAE time are processed the same business day.
  
• Orders placed after 1:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
  
• Orders are processed Sunday to Friday, excluding UAE public holidays.
  

 

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAME

• Next Business Day Delivery for most UAE metro areas.
  
• Remote areas may require 2–4 business days depending on location and courier schedule.
  

 

4. SHIPPING FEES

• Flat Rate Shipping within the UAE: AED 25 per order
  
• Free Shipping on orders over AED 500 within the UAE
  

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated automatically at checkout.

Certain remote areas may experience extended delivery timelines.

 

5. CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available within the UAE.

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to avoid delays or return charges.

 

6. UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED ORDERS

If an order is:

• Refused at delivery
  
• Undeliverable due to incorrect address
  
• Unclaimed after delivery attempts
  

It will be returned to our warehouse. Applicable shipping costs may be deducted from any refund issued.
